Refund Policy

We aim to be fair, transparent, and flexible with cancellations and refunds.

Guest Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before the tour: full refund

  • 7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days before the tour: non-refundable

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

If we cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unexpected circumstances, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to another available tour date

Rescheduling

​

You may request to change your booking to another available date up to 7 days before the tour.

Non-Refundable Items

​

  • Processing fees from payment platforms

  • Third-party activities included in specific tours (where stated)
